Velasof (Generic sofosbuvir and velpatasvir) is used to treat chronic hepatitis C in adults with HCV genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. Velasof (Generic sofosbuvir and velpatasvir) is given in combination with another antiviral medicine called ribavirin in people who also have advanced cirrhosis.
